Wardell Group was established in response to the recent overhaul of the construction industry, which included the introduction of the Design and Builders Practitioners Act 2020 and the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020.
These changes, established to raise the standards of building design and implementation of building works, demand a new industry approach.
